I never post on these things, however, when any animal is hurt it breaks my heart. Please, to all of you who have had an animal attacked...pay attention when there are postings of possible pet dangers. When I lived in Colorado we banded together for wild animal sightings. Those who have small pets should be extra careful and keep a close eye on them at all times. Keep cats as indoor pets only. My heart goes out to all who have lost a pet to attacks, but please remember that we have taken over most wild life habitats. They are acting on instinct. This does not include domesticated animals that have irrresponsible pet owners who allow their animals off leash and then to attack other pets and people.

Awahhh Jessica..this is very heartbreaking news!! I could not even imagine losing my precious BUDDY!! Not nice saying this but i believe this puppy is a harder loss to handle than A Dallas Cowgirl QB...Daisy is much more precious!! IF..she does not return, let your heart heal and know that your beloved baby would want you to have another PUPPY to enrich your life!! Grieve and then think about another pup in your life! Dogs are the most loyal creatures on this earth...they never stop loving you!! Thinking of you and Daisy and a safe return would be a gift from GOd..hang in there pretty girl!!!!!

Jessica- I am so Heartsick! We have coyotes roaming here in Northern Illinois and I have heard horrible stories when the dogs get carried off by them. I have a cockapoo that looks like your Daisy. I pray they find her little body and she just has a scratch on her. I would be besdie myself. Was she alone in a backyard? Was she on aleash and taken in front of you? How did this happen? I heard Coyotes are afraid of humans...

It's an awful thing but, if a Coyote grabbed it, you can be 100% sure it's not coming back.

Jessica , I'm terribly sorry for what has happened with Daisy. I know that our pets are our family too and we hurt when something happens to them because the bring comfort to us and love us unconditionally. I pray and hope for a miracle that she may have a safe return . Keep strong as you have been .

Dear Jessica,
My heart goes out to you. I can imagine the pain you must be feeling, you seem like the type who treats their pets as family (like me) I am praying for Daisy's safe return and the healing of your heart. You appear to be a loving mom to Daisy and I hope she is OK. Prayers to you both. Many times it is our pets who understand us the most, who provide a warm place to cry or talk without ever judging and loving us unconditionally.
God Bless,
Angela
