Kelly Osbourne's 25th Birthday Gift? A Puppy!

It's been a good year for Kelly Osbourne: The singer and reality star got engaged and is burning up the dance floor on Dancing with the Stars. Osbourne also just celebrated her 25th birthday, and was presented with a beautiful Pomeranian puppy named Sid! Osbourne announced on her Twitter page Thursday that her parents, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, had given her the tiny 1-lb. ball of black fluff. She Twote: "I just can't take it he is so cute!" Neither can we!
