Vanna White's three favorite letters? C-A-T! While she may don fancy dresses and clap effusively in your living room each night, at home, Vanna White's just happy to hang out with her kids — and her two cats. "I always had cats growing up," White tells PEOPLEPets.com. "So it was natural for me to raise some as an adult too."

Mom to Kiki, 8, and Stella, 4, White says taking care of cats in Hollywood is slightly different than in Myrtle Beach, S.C., where she grew up. "We didn't have a litter box inside, so the cats would just scratch at the door and go out," she explains. "But where I live now, there's always the threat of coyotes, so you have to be a lot more careful."

While White adopted Kiki, she bought Stella at a pet store in a self-described moment of weakness. "My daughter and I just happened to be walking by the store, and stopped in to see the pets. Lo and behold, my daughter fell in love with Stella — and there was no going back!"

Regardless of where they came from, though, White's cats are both easy-going pets. "They think they're kids sometimes," she says. "They sleep with me every night." Kiki is "loving, finicky and shy," and Stella is like a watchdog. "If anyone comes to the front door, she's there," White says. "Of course, she's also there if I have a ball or a treat in my hand, too!"

White's love of animals translates well into Wheel's Pet Lovers Week, which is coming up Nov. 30-Dec. 4. "I'm so excited," she says. "There are so many people out there who love pets, and it's actually one of the most popular weeks on the show." Though the episodes have already filmed, White can reveal that the contestants all showed their pets on TV, and that they were "adorable."

So does host Pat Sajak share her cat-loving sentiments? Not necessarily! "Pat always teases me about my cats," White laughs. "But I know that deep down, he definitely loves them."

Check your local listings and tune into Pet Lovers Week, starting Nov. 30. And be sure to look for the winners of Wheel of Fortune and PEOPLEPets.com's America’s Most Loveable Pets Contest -- their adorable photos will be featured on air each night!
