When you're in Kelly Osbourne's current shoes, it's nice to have a cuddle buddy. After splitting with her fiancé and losing her dog Woody all in one week, she's had a tough few days.

Luckily, the reality starlet still has Pomeranian Sid to lean on, and did just that while out running errands in L.A. on Monday. The pair stopped by a pet medical center and strolled through the center of town, all the while keeping each other close. Sometimes, a girl just needs her dog.
