Can we keep her? Sandra Ponder, of the Hertfordshire, England, is seen here posing with her horse Little Lucy, recently crowned the United Kingdom's smallest horse! Though Lucy is four years old and fully-grown, she stands just 19 inches at the shoulder. While we don't think she'll be winning the Kentucky Derby anytime soon, she sure is a cutie!
