Sienna Miller isn’t hiding at home while the stories continue to roll in about fiancé Jude Law’s affair with his children’s nanny. Instead, Miller has been out among the stars – including Orlando Bloom – recently attending the celeb-studded Cartier International Polo event in Windsor, west of London.
Clad in a short, strapless frock and a sparkly cardigan, she wore a thick gold bangle bracelet on her left wrist but no engagement ring on her left hand. Miller – who arrived with fashion designer Matthew Williamson and Helen McCrory, her costar in the West End production of As You Like It – goofed around with Bloom, who agreed to an impromptu photo shoot near her table. As the Pirates of the Caribbean star (who dated the actress in 2001) posed for pictures, Miller caught his eye and jokingly sucked in her cheeks, turning her face from left to right as if teasing him about his efforts in front of the cameras.
After the event, Miller swapped her high heels for flats and stopped by the Rock the Polo afterparty, hosted by club Chinawhite. Holding her cell phone and a nearly empty drink, the actress danced briefly with gal pals on the cream carpet leading up to the main tent and made an early exit before 9 p.m.
Sweet As Honey
Entourage star Adrian Grenier was back home in New York City to play with his rock band The Honey Brothers at the Virgin Mobile 3-Way party at Manhattan’s Sky Studios. “When I am in New York, I just love co-existing with the people here,” the actor – who owns a home in Brooklyn – told us. During the group’s set, drummer Grenier showered the crowd with appropriate love: honey sticks.
So, does he have a preference – music or acting? “They all exist together to make me totally maniacal and crazy, but I don’t know what I am first. In fact, I think I should say I was a waiter first.” One thing Grenier says he isn’t fitting into his busy schedule is romance. “I don’t have a love life right now,” he says. “I’m way too busy for a love life.” Maybe so, but at the event’s end he headed off in a limo to a private party with a blonde woman he’d met at the Virgin soiree.
Caught in the Act
Gwen Stefani, dining with family members and a male friend at Fred 62 diner in Los Angeles. The singer, who arrived at 11 p.m., wore a black baseball cap, a loose jacket, jeans and ultra-high heels. While feasting on an omelette and cottage cheese, she chatted quietly with her party and bobbed her head to the diner?s soundtrack.
Kate Hudson, hanging out at Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica. The actress had dinner with a group of female friends and took numerous cigarette breaks out front, even bumming a light from a candle at another customer’s table.
