The women of Sex and the City may be getting older, but they’ve “never been better,” according to the movie s star Sarah Jessica Parker.
The 45-year-old actress reprises her role as writer Carrie Bradshaw in the sequel, due out in theaters May 27. She and costars Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis and Kim Cattrall – who play Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha – didn’t need to act like they were having fun on the set. They really were having fun.
“We four women, despite I guess what a lot of people hope, have never been better,” Parker tells Vogue in its May issue. “This movie – and maybe it’s because we actually lived together – it was the best! We were together all day long, at night, in restaurants, in our hotels. It was wonderful.”
