No hot bikini shot can get her out of this one.

Sports Illustrated model Jessica White, who was arrested early Saturday morning in New York, will appear in court on Dec. 15 to face a misdemeanor assault charge.

White, 26, was held for 12 hours after she was arrested for striking alleged victim, Vanessa Kian, 28, in the face and pulling her hair, reports the New York Post’s Page Six.

But did White just want to have fun?

Her lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, says the Swimsuit Edition model was “celebrating her newfound single status with the girls” after her breakup with Sean Penn.

Heller says White was provoked by Kian in a fight over a cab and that Kian had hit White’s shoulder first. “From what I understand, [White] was not the instigator,” he says.

“Stories concerning celebrities frequently get blown up,” Heller says, “and I’m confident that when the air is released from this blown-up story that has obviously been overinflated, all that will be left will be hot air with no substance.”
