After Tweeting about his holiday hockey plans on Sunday, Glee’s Cory Monteith made his way to Vancouver’s Rogers Arena to watch his beloved Canucks take on the Edmonton Oilers. During the game – which the home team won, 3-2 – the Canadian native was spotted in the broadcast booth, and later had his picture taken with the team’s mascot, appropriately named Fin. The actor happily signed autographs and posed for photos, and “was in a great mood,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE. “He was really excited to be going to the hockey game.”
Jessica Alba took her mom and daughter Honor, 2½, to Trader Joe’s in West Hollywood for a quick weekend grocery run. “Christmas music was playing, they were loading up the cart, laughing, and both Jessica and her mom were doting over the little one,” a source tells PEOPLE.
Following her appearance on The View, Glee’s Jane Lynch caught a flight from New York City to Los Angeles. While waiting to board, the actress flew under the radar, though sweetly signed an autograph for an enthusiastic fan. Once she was on the plane, Lynch quietly took her seat in first class, bundled up in a black coat and scarf and sipped some tea.
Father-to-be Javier Bardem stopped for dinner at the Napa Valley Grille in Westwood, Calif. The actor, there for what appeared to be a business dinner, donned a button-down shirt, jeans and a sports coat, and joined two associates on the patio. After cordially chatting with the restaurant’s manager, he ordered one of the seasonal salads.
