How does a country superstar prepare for her big day? For bride-to-be Miranda Lambert, it’s all about down-home pampering – and down-home delicacies.

Lambert, who will marry fellow singer and The Voice coach Blake Shelton this weekend in Texas, Tweeted her last-minute checklist, writing, “I am so excited. Got nails touched up. One last wal mart run and I should be good!”

The Tishomingo, Okla.-based star, 27, who like Shelton makes no secret of her love for hunting, also posted a photo of a package of deer meat, Tweeting: “Last thing loaded for the wedding!!! Harvested by….me!!!!!”

A proud Shelton posted the same picture and boasted of his fiancée: “What does YOUR girl have for dinner?”

Lambert told PEOPLE last October that the couple decided to serve venison at the wedding. The wild game menu, Lambert said at the time, “is the one thing we nailed down. And we’re going to harvest it ourselves; that’s what we really wanted to do.”
