As the New England Patriots prepare to face off against the New York Giants in Indianapolis, all eyes will be on the two men leading the way: Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and Giants quarterback Eli Manning.
Comparing the two may be tough, but because they’re both so easy on the eyes, PEOPLE.com is happily sizing up Brady, 34, and Manning, 31, from how they work to how they play.
Last time they met in uniform, Brady – who’s thrown 300 touchdowns and passed 39,979 yards in his career – didn’t leave the field victorious. Manning – who has 185 touchdowns and 27,579 passing yards to his name – helped the Giants secure a 20-24 win over the Patriots on their opponent’s own turf at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., last November.
As if that wasn’t reason enough to seek vengeance: The Patriots lost the 2008 Super Bowl to the Giants, 17-14.
