A stage collapsed in Toronto Saturday, killing one person and injuring at least three others before a Radiohead concert, according to numerous news outlets.

Police said a man in his 30s was killed by “a heavy, crushing injury,” thestar.com reports, after stage scaffolding fell around 4 p.m. ET, trapping him under debris. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A 45-year-old man was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and two others were treated for minor injuries.

Irene Constantin, who was working at a nearby concession stand, told thestar.com that the imploded stage looked like toothpicks.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances tonight’s at downsview park tonight has been cancelled,” the band Tweeted. “Fans are advised not to make their way to the venue.” A rep for Radiohead said the band had no comment.

Last summer, a stage collapse in Indiana killed seven people and injured dozens more at a Sugarland concert.
