If you think your family dinners are tense, think again.

On Sunday’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi Burruss invited her mother over for dinner in hopes of mending fences with her fiancé, Todd Tucker, but plates were nearly broken instead.

“She was ready for war,” Burruss, 37, said of Momma Joyce as the family matriarch came in with all guns blazing, accusing Tucker of being “an opportunist.”

“She stepped herself down for you,” Momma Joyce tersely told Tucker. “A man is supposed to be a provider.”

“I provide love, happiness, stability,” he responded.

“Would you be willing to sign a prenup?” asked Burruss’ mother.

“I’m not willing to sign anything,” Tucker, a line producer, said. “I love her to death.”

“I got people that get back to me,” Momma Joyce stated, pointing at her eyes, indicating she would be watching Tucker’s every move, while also seeming to indicate she still believed that Tucker might be cheating on her daughter.
