Vin Diesel has taken to the medium he and Paul Walker shared to provide some of his fondest memories of his late costar and friend.

The Fast and Furious star posted more than 18 minutes of video footage on Facebook, showing the pals looking at cars, talking about their upcoming movie and laughing and joking as they were promoting their hit film franchise over the years. Watch the full video below.

“A glimpse… of Dom and Brian… off screen,” Diesel, 46, using their characters’ names, wrote of the clip. Their tight friendship is on display as they taunt each other into a car race. Walker later jokes about his favorite cocktail, “Black Bush” – a reference to Bushmills Irish Whiskey.

Of his favorite car, Walker, who died in a fiery crash at 40, name-checks Nissan’s GTR R34, noting how he became a loyal fan of Japanese cars during years of race filming. The friends are also seen visiting the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Diesel, who has taken the death of his longtime pal very hard, visited the Santa Clarita, Calif., crash site where Walker died to pay tribute. He later posted touching words on his Facebook page.

“Pablo, I wish you could see the world right now… and the profound impact, your full life has had on it, on us… on me…” Diesel wrote.

“It’s a blessing to be able to work with your brother on and off-screen,” Diesel adds to close the video.

Their final film together, Fast & Furious 7, is set for release April 15, 2015, Diesel announced in December.
