There is more bad news for SXSW goers.
Another victim from Thursday’s hit-and-run car crash at the arts festival has died, a spokesperson for the Austin Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE on Monday.
The death of 26-year-old Sandy Thuy Le marks the third from the incident in which 21-year-old Rashad Owens allegedly struck 25 bystanders with his car. Police say Owens was driving while intoxicated.
The spokesperson says Owens has so far been charged with one count of capital murder, but other charges may be added by the Travis County Grand Jury.
