While pregnant with son Luca last winter, decorated the Christmas tree – and her belly! The mom-to-be showed off the festive design (created by sister Haylie Duff) on Twitter with the message, “Happy holidays from the three of us!”

A few weeks later, Carey tried out a pastel blue egg and two hearts design for Easter.
While in Brazil awaiting the birth of son Noah in May, the supermodel celebrated her baby shower with friends and family, who painted her tummy with well wishes and doodles. “So much fun at my little boy baby shower!! Now just have to wait for him to arrive!!!” she Tweeted on May 5.
Before son Ever arrived in December 2010, the singer took to Twitter one month prior to share a photo of her henna-embellished baby bump, surrounded by friends. “Some rituals surprise in the heart-warming department,” her message said.
For her fourth pregnancy with son Finn (born Aug. 30), the enlisted kids Liam, Stella and Hattie to dip their hands in paint and leave their little prints on her belly. “I think it turned out so well! They had a great time participating and the picture will look amazing hanging in the baby’s room,” Spelling wrote on her website. The project was nothing new: The star (and her little ones!) also got creative during her pregnancy with youngest daughter Hattie.
