Emily Blunt didn’t let a little drizzle – or a baby dribble – dampen her Golden Globes look.

The Into the Woods actress glowed on the red carpet Sunday even though the inclement weather put her super glam Michael Kors gown at risk.

“It’s a little soggy at the bottom,” she told E!’s Ryan Seacrest.

Inside Into the Woods's A-List Cast

When director-producer Rob Marshall set out to bring beloved musical Into the Woods to the big screen, he brought in the big guns to begin.

“I started with Meryl Streep first. That was key. That sort of aligns the stars, and everyone starts to be interested,” Marshall tells PEOPLE. “One of the great things about the piece is that it’s a huge cast, so there’s a big ensemble and wonderful parts to fill. It was exciting to put the whole team together.”

“I would say our culture is pretty youth-obsessed,” the Oscar winner, 65, told PEOPLE at the Disney movie musical’s premiere Monday night. “Especially people that pass 40.”
