Bonnie Wright & Jamie Campbell Bower Are No Longer Engaged

The magic seems to be gone for Harry Potter stars Bonnie Wright and Jamie Campbell Bower, who have called off their engagement, PEOPLE has learned.

Wright, 21, who portrayed Harry Potter’s true love Ginny Weasley in the smash saga, and Bower, 23, who joined the cast for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1, became engaged in April 2010 after a whirlwind romance that began in 2009 when they met at a party.

For Bonnie Wright, who has played Harry Potter’s true love Ginny Weasley for 10 years, the rivalry is personal: Her off-screen love, Jamie Campbell Bower, costars in both franchises. In the Twilight saga he plays evil Volturi vampire Caius, and he’ll portray powerful wizard Gellert Grindelwald in the upcoming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

But Wright, 19, says there’s no question where her allegiances lie.
