Rachel Weisz and her director fiancé Darren Aronofsky have ended their five-year engagement.

“Rachel Weisz and Darren Aronofsky have been separated for some months,” reps for the two say in a joint statement. “They remain close friends and are committed to raising their son together in NYC.”

The Mummy leading lady and the director of Black Swan have been together for nine years, and they became engaged in 2005. The couple have a 4-year-old son Henry, born in May 2006.

During a special feature in the latest Allure magazine, some celebrities shared their most interesting dreams in recent memory. Two celebrity moms remembered dreams from their pregnancies.

“My dreams were interesting when I was pregnant. I dreamed the baby was a cat,” said SNL star Maya Rudolph, who has one daughter, 16-month-old Pearl, with beau, director Paul Thomas Anderson (Boogie Nights).

Rachel Weisz causes controversy talking about drinking while pregnant

Actress Rachel Weisz, 35, who gave birth to son Henry Chance Aronofsky in May, caused controversy when talked about drinking alcohol while being pregnant. When asked at the premiere of Fountain whether having a glass of wine during pregnancy is fine, she replied: “Personally I do. They say not in the first three months though, but I think that after that it’s fine. I mean in Europe they drink it”. Her comments were received as “ill-informed” and “dangerous”.
