Carmen Electra & Dave Navarro: It's Officially Over

Actress Carmen Electra and rocker Dave Navarro’s divorce was finalized Tuesday, PEOPLE has confirmed.

Their marital status is terminated as of Tuesday, and all their personal belongings have been split up as previously agreed upon in a prenuptial agreement, according to court papers.

Electra, 34, and Navarro, 39, announced in July 2006 that they were amicably separating after less than three years of marriage. The couple wed on Nov. 22, 2003.

Carmen & Dave Still Good Friends

Carmen Electra, who filed for divorce in August from Dave Navarro, still speaks to him regularly but she’s ready to ease back into the dating scene, she told PEOPLE at the American Music Awards in L.A. on Tuesday night.

“It’s great because I’ve been able to reconnect with my friends that I lost touch with,” Electra, 34, says of being single again.

Just weeks after splitting from Carmen Electra, Dave Navarro is taking up with a fellow not-quite-singleton, adult film star Jenna Jameson, PEOPLE reports in its new issue.

“It’s new,” says a Navarro source of the relationship between the Rock Star: Supernova host, 39, and Jameson, 32. “They’re not officially dating.”

Witnesses swear they spotted the newly single Carmen Electra hanging out with Jamie Foxx at the Hollywood club Element last Saturday – but Electra says that’s just not true.

In fact, Electra, who recently separated from husband Dave Navarro, says she was home watching TV – with Navarro – PEOPLE reports in its new issue.

Of the Foxx rumor, Electra tells PEOPLE, “Dave thinks it’s funny, but I’m upset because there’s not one ounce of truth (to it).”

Backstage at a July 13 Rock Star: Supernova party held at L.A.’s Roxy, Dave Navarro just wanted a little affection. “If someone was walking by, he’d say, ‘I need a hug,’ ” says a source at the event, where the former Jane’s Addiction guitarist performed with his new band, Camp Freddy. “It was a little weird, but the girls went with it.”

Electra and Navarro are “amicably separating,” says rep Jill Fritzo. They married on Nov. 22, 2003 in a wedding documented on the 2004 MTV reality show ‘Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen & Dave.

Although rumors of trouble had circulated for months, the couple always insisted they were fine. Navarro, who has played guitar for Jane’s Addiction and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, even turned out to support Electra at the New York City premiere of Scary Movie 4 on April 10.

Carmen Electra: Marriage Is 'Amazing'

Married life is treating Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro just fine, thank you very much. Things between the couple, who will celebrate their second anniversary Nov. 22, are “amazing, couldn’t be better,” Electra told us at a recent Maxim magazine party hosted by Sean "P. Diddy" Combs at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City. “Dave gets me and I get him. We just understand each other so well. He’s really taught me a lot about being honest all the time. I can go away and work and focus on my career and know that my husband’s got my back.”
