After he was arrested for a physical altercation with his brother, Frank, on Tuesday in New Jersey, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino left the Middletown Township police station with a brand-new look.

To go with his buff body, the former Jersey Shore star sported a gray tank top, sweats – and a black eye. His right hand was also bandaged.

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has been arrested after a physical altercation at the Boca Tanning Salon in Middletown, New Jersey.

“On Tuesday afternoon we responded to a 911 call at Boca in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arrival, our officers arrested Mike Sorrentino for simple assault,” Detective Lieutenant Steve Dollinger tells PEOPLE. “He is in the process of posting $500 bail and the matter will be set for a court date.”
