Splash star Nicole Eggert is the latest celebrity to sustain an injury while participating in the reality diving competition, but appeared upbeat on her Twitter in the days that followed.

“Thnx 4 all the love,” she Tweeted, confirming that she saw a doctor Thursday after a dive she performed at Wednesday’s taping of Splash. “Just have swelling and bruising on my back and kidneys.”

ABC’s Splash is only in its second week, but it’s already dived straight into drama.

Not only did Kendra Wilkinson have a heated meltdown in front of coach Greg Louganis, but Nicole Eggert, 41, got injured in a move that “scared the crap out of me,” she tells PEOPLE.
