Queen Latifah’s short but sweet run as a daytime talk show host is about to end.

Production on The Queen Latifah Show, which is currently in its second season, will wrap by the end of the year. Original episodes of the show will continue to air on CBS-owned stations through March of 2015.

Embattled Bill Cosby Loses Guest Spot on David Letterman Amid Rape Allegations

Bill Cosby – who’s back in the spotlight amid old allegations that he sexually assaulted several women – has been removed as a guest from Wednesday’s episode of The Late Show with David Letterman on CBS.

Cosby’s rep confirmed to the Associated Press Friday that the comedian’s scheduled appearance on the show has been canceled. He did not, however, provide a reason for it.
