Tracey Gold Gives Birth to Fourth Son

Former Growing Pains star Tracey Gold gave birth on Tuesday night to a baby boy – the actress’s and her husband Roby Marshall’s fourth son, PEOPLE has confirmed.

The baby, named Dylan Christopher, arrived at 7:20 p.m. at Southern California’s Tarzana Hospital. He weighed 8 lbs. 4 oz., and measured 21 inches, according to Gold’s spokesman.

“Mom and baby are doing fine,” her rep (and proud grandpa) Harry Gold tells PEOPLE.

“She’s thrilled and excited to have her fourth son,” says her rep. “We’re all looking forward to meeting this little guy.”

Former Growing Pains star Tracey Gold pleaded not guilty Tuesday to three felony DUI charges after she overturned her sport-utility vehicle – injuring her husband and 7-year-old son – while she was behind the wheel last month.

Gold, 35, remained silent as her attorney, Blair Berk, entered the pleas on her behalf in a Ventura, Calif., courtroom, the Associated Press reports. She is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and causing bodily injury, driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent and causing injury, and felony child endangerment.

Tracey Gold Faces 3 Felony DUI Counts

Former Growing Pains star Tracey Gold is facing three felony counts from prosecutors following her DUI arrest earlier this month, in which she rolled her SUV while allegedly driving drunk on a California highway with her husband and kids in the vehicle.

The counts are driving under the influence of alcohol causing bodily injury, driving with a blood-alcohol level in excess of 0.08 percent causing injury, and felony child endangerment, Senior Deputy District Attorney Kim Gibbons tells the Associated Press.

Pains Star Tracey Gold in Felony DUI Bust

The growing pains apparently keep coming for Tracey Gold, who was arrested on felony drunk-driving charges after rolling her SUV down a freeway embankment, injuring one of her young sons, the Smoking Gun Web site reports.

Gold, 35, who starred on the 1985-92 TV series Growing Pains, was arrested Sept. 3 by California Highway Patrol officers and charged with a felony count of driving under the influence and causing injury, Ventura County Sheriff’s spokesman Eric Nishimoto tells the site.
