Actress Rebecca Romijn, who is expecting twin girls in January with her husband Jerry O'Connell, thinks her three dogs (Taco, Better and Bim) can sense that something's going on inside their mom's burgeoning belly.
"[My dogs] usually scamper across my belly and they've totally been avoiding that part of my body lately," says Romijn, who stars in the new film Lake City. "[Now] they get near me and they get a little bit calmer."
The Ugly Betty actress, who is on bed rest until her due date, can tell that her canine trio misses the daily hikes she usually treats them to. "I mean we go and run around in the yard but it's not enough for them. They're a little crazy," she says.
Thankfully, Romijn's mom has been pitching in with doggie walks while mommy rests up and O'Connell is at work in New Orleans.
