The Soup, the talk show that brought us Spaghetti Cat, made this video popular a few weeks ago. Joel McHale shows the clip when he talks, showing the dog as if it were a clip from The View.
The video is of of unknown provenance, but the dog does appear to be missing teeth. It is certain, however, that this is the dog people dread when they talk about little yappy dogs.
