It's a girl! Well, puppy, that is. A year after her beloved pooch Sophie, a 13-year-old cocker spaniel, passed away, Oprah Winfrey has adopted a new puppy. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the queen of talk and her longtime partner, Stedman Graham, visited the PAWS (Pets Are Worth Saving) shelter in Chicago on Sunday and left with a female cocker spaniel puppy. The new pup's name has not yet been released. Winfrey and Graham are also parents to a pair of golden retrievers. (Winfrey tragically lost another dog, golden retriever Gracie, in 2007 when the pup choked on a plastic ball.) The talk-show host is a big fan of the PAWS shelter; she even sponsors a room there to showcase needy pups.

Best wishes to the family! Leave your congrats for Winfrey below.
