Lisa and Brittny Gastineau had their share of mother-daughter battles on their former E! reality show Gastineau Girls, but recently the claws came out for a good cause.
On Friday, the duo cuddled adoptable pets at the North Shore Animal League's Get Your Licks on Route 66 Pet Adoption Tour in Marina del Rey, Calif. And the ladies also posed for a photo op in front of a 36-ft.-long mobile adoption truck, which is getting ready to clock some serious miles! It will travel across nine states -- California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois and Michigan –- to raise money for animals and spread the word about pet adoption.
The long journey will culminate with a final wrap party in Grand Rapids, Mich., in July. Kudos to the Gastineau girls for getting involved! We can just guess that they're already working on their wrap party ensembles!
