Know a perfect match for Carpathian lynx Riki? The big kitty living at Ukraine's Kiev Zoo needs a mate!
Scientists have launched a search to find her one with the hopes that Riki will reproduce and they can reintroduce her endangered species back into the wild, according to the Associated Press.
Lynxes, who are solitary animals that typically avoid humans, tend to mate in early spring or late winter. We're glad to see that researchers at the Kiev Zoo are getting a head start on setting Riki up and we're happy to post her personal ad here! Only serious applicants need apply. Maybe she'll have a cute beau by Christmas!
Hopefully, the Kiev Zoo will have just as much success breeding lynxes as the state of Colorado. Researchers there recently announced that they discovered 10 lynx kittens in the mountains dens. See an adorable shot of one of those babies here!
