Love is blind, and so are these kittens. To them, Tinkerbell the Chihuahua is just Mom.

According to Australia's The Mercury, Tinkerbell was at an animal hospital giving birth via C-section to her own litter of four puppies when a man walked in with three orphaned newborn cats. To save them from being put down, Tinkerbell's owner, Angie Reynolds, decided to take the kittens in and hand-rear them.

"When we got home, I put the kittens with the dog to see if she accepted them," Reynolds told the newspaper. "Not only has Tinkerbell accepted them, she cleans and snuggles the kittens and gets frantic if I pick one up."

New mom of seven won't have a full nest much longer. Reynolds plans to adopt the kittens out and to sell her purebred puppies, once they're all old enough to be separated. Babies ... they grow up so fast!
