New York-based veterinarian Dr. Cindy Bressler claims in a lawsuit that Mariah Carey, owner of dogs Cha-Cha, Dolomite and JJ, has a vet bill of nearly $40,000 – and so far has only paid $8,231.50 of it. Bressler says the "extraordinary services" were performed between last Oct. 31 and Dec. 2 of last year. –New York Daily News
