We all know who you call when there's a ghost on the premises, but what about mice? After letting out a horrified scream, you pick up the phone and call expert cat trainer Liu Jianguo.
Jianguo trains fierce felines to defend against vermin and his expertise is currently being used at the Dingxiang Rice Company in China where organic rice is processed. His furry troop of about 100 felines patrol the facility, according to Xinhua news, waiting to pounce on a rodent enemy.
How does he do it? Jianguo's "cat training camp" begins at an early age. He teaches kittens by staging drills with toy stuffed mice (see photo inset), which they learn to sink their teeth into! Besides being their leader, Jianguo acts like a parent, caring for his charges when they're sick and bathing them, too.
