Oakley the dog hates being hot, according to owner Kelly Ruiz. "Being a hot dog on ice is her favorite thing to do," she says. "Leave a cooler filled with ice open, and soon you will have a chilled out dog!" Ahhh ... Feels better already. Now all Oakley needs is a caption!
