Meet Reese Witherspoon's Donkeys, Honky and Tonky!
Reese Witherspoon's Southern charm has infused every part of her persona, and it has bubbled over into the naming of her newest pets: two miniature donkeys she christened Honky and Tonky.
The actress, currently starring in the romantic comedy How Do You Know, told Ellen Degeneres last week that she had met some donkeys who belonged to a friend and liked the creatures so much that she got a pair of her own.
"They're just docile and sweet," Witherspoon said. "I call them badonkadonks."
The two donks are part of Witherspoon's impressive menagerie, which also includes two pigs, three goats, a horse, three dogs and 20 chickens.
"It's so good for the kids to learn about animals and kindness and compassion," Witherspoon said of her two children. "I make them clean the stalls."
