The First Dog, whom we haven't spotted out for several weeks, kicked back on the South Lawn on Wednesday, when the high temperature in Washington was 99 degrees.
After a few minutes in the heat and humidity, the Portuguese water dog stopped looking excited and seemed ready for a nap.

The heat wave will continue through the week, so there won't be much hope for respite – for Bo or his human friends. There's central air in the White House, right?
