Knut's successor now comes in cuddle-worthy doll form – huggable from anywhere in the world.
Germany's most famous cross-eyed possum reached her latest milestone – getting her own stuffed animal – with the help of a toy factory in eastern Germany.
The adorable fuzzy toys come with pink noses, black-and-gray ears and, of course, those trademark eyes.
Heidi (the real one, that is) has had some other new developments in her life as well. The possum has been exploring a new enclosure at the Leipzig Zoo: She and two other possums had recently been moved to a giant tropical hall, where they will be on public display later next month.
