Jenny McCarthy usually reserves Twitter for salty language and mommy updates, but on Wednesday, she had a serious request for her followers.
The actress Tweeted that her "blind, deaf dog" was in the hospital, and asked for "prayers for Pink Lady." McCarthy was spotted getting a hug from a friend Wednesday after dropping off the sick pup at a veterinary hospital in Sherman Oaks, Calif. She made a second stop later in the day to check on Pink Lady with Jason Toohey, whom she dated last year.
Less than a day later, McCarthy posted another update with good news. "Going to pick up Pink lady from hospital," she wrote. "She's better."
Not one to miss a joke, the funny lady added, "Well.. She's still blind deaf and 145 yrs old but shes putting up a good fight."
