A lonely duckling has grown up to become one man's constant companion.
Barrie Hayman, a 65-year-old farmer in England, has been walking around his town of Bideford and getting a lot of attention for the feathered friend that trails behind him.
"He drives in the car with me, he goes to when I'm doing things like trading the sheep dogs," Hayman told the U.K.'s Telegraph. "He just goes everywhere with me. Sleeps with me – everything!"
The bird, an 11-week-old duck named Star, was disinterested in being with other ducklings from the moment he was taken out of his incubator. Hayman improvised and has been hand-raising the bird since.
"The amount of photographs I've taken of him is just incredible," Hayman said. "He's just one of those very strange animals that just wants to be friends with me."
