They both may look cute and sweet, but Lauren Alaina's dogs – Prissy the Shih Tzu and Bella the Pomeranian – are actually nothing alike, especially when it comes to doggie dress-up.
"Prissy, when you put a bow in her hair, she'll put her head on the ground and run around like a bulldozer until the darn thing has a big knot and falls out," the American Idol alum tells PEOPLE. "But Bella will leave the bow in, she'll just chew her clothes off. They're total opposites."
Night and Day would be suitable nicknames for the dogs, whose personality traits remind Alaina of herself.
"Bella just likes to jump on you all the time. She's wild as a buck and she's a lot like her momma because I'm like running all the time – full force, always," she explains. "Prissy is like my relaxed side that only comes out very rarely, but it happens sometimes."
They may be different but both agree there's only one place they'll sleep each night, says Alaina, and that's "in bed with their Momma."
