Looks like those riding lessons are paying off!
Kristen Stewart charges into battle atop her trusty steed Wednesday while filming her new movie Snow White and the Huntsman in Wales. Joined by costar Chris Hemsworth, who plays the titular Huntsman, the Breaking Dawn beauty donned full-on body armor for the scene, which later saw her dismount and wield a weapon.
"This girl has the amazing ability to channel fear, things that people are typically afraid to do, into this really focused, really charged, driving energy," Stewart said of her reimagined warrior princess at Comic-Con in July.
The revamped version of the fairy tale, which costars Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen, is slated to hit theaters in 2012.
