It might be time for a cute throwdown!
Boo, a Pomeranian with over a million Facebook fans, has some competition – from a dog who lives a few thousand miles away. Meet Shunsuke, an adorably shorn Pomeranian from Japan, who's got nearly 60,000 Twitter followers (@keep0109) and is gaining considerable ground every day.
Shunsuke gets some help from his owner, who posts photos of the 9-year-old pup in all his cute glory: wearing a straw hat and posing next to a water bottle, sleeping next to a teddy bear or squished between other teddies.
The pup's precious pictures have gotten so popular that he's already out with a calendar and book in Japan. And while the Twitter feed is entirely in Japanese, it turns out cute pups speak a universal language!
