From his runway presentations to his larger-than-life personality, Karl Lagerfeld always goes big, but this time, he went small.
The iconic fashion figure debuted his latest inspiration, a precious little kitten named Choupette (a French pet name akin to Sweetie). Choupette was introduced to the world on Sunday through V Magazine.
"Karl Lagerfeld's Sunday night photo," reads a Tweet signed by Stephen Gan, V's editor-in-chief. "Meet Choupette, his new kitten."
The cat, which appears to be a Siamese, is pictured sitting between a voluminous arrangement of pastel-colored roses and a tray of beauty products – including, fittingly, a bottle of Chanel Allure.
