"We have our first house together," the musician tells PEOPLE. "We have four dogs, so it's nice to have a house with all our dogs."
Cyrus and Song's brood includes Ashland and Panda, two Shiba Inu siblings; Nash, a Maltese; and a 3-lb. Morkie named Jack Daniels, a Christmas present for Song. "We love all our dogs," Cyrus says. "We look at them as like kids to us. They kind of consume all our time at home if we're not doing business."
While it's true Cyrus has love for all the pups, there is one definite favorite: Ashland, who was named after Cyrus's Kentucky hometown. "That's my best friend right there," he says. "He doesn't leave my side."
