She's adopted 11 children over the years, and on Monday, Mia Farrow decided it was time to bring home another family member: a puppy!
"Meet Dexter," she Tweeted" Tuesday, sharing a photo of the fluffy dog, which appears to be a Havanese.
The day before, the actress had taken her puppy search to Twitter. "Does anyone know of a really sweet, good w small kids, smallish to medium size dog or puppy I can adopt? I'm in NE Connecticut," she Tweeted.
Within hours, fans and celebrity friends, like animal lover Beth Ostrosky-Stern, offered to help Farrow find the perfect little friend to join her family. It took hardly any time for Farrow to settle on the male pup – but she needed more time to pick a name.
"Taking suggestions for puppy name," she said. "It's a boy."
