This week's Mega Millions jackpot has crossed the half billion
mark, and everybody's looking to get rich – even Colo the gorilla.
The 55-year-old gorilla, a resident of Ohio's Columbus Zoo, declared her picks for the winning numbers in Friday's Mega Millions drawing, which is set to award one lucky recipient $640 million.
The ape with the golden touch rose to fame last year when she correctly identified the Final Four participants of the NCAA tournament, before also declaring the University of Connecticut the eventual champion.
To capitalize on her charms, ABC's Good Morning America paid a visit
to the lucky lady, who is the oldest living gorilla residing in any zoo, and asked her to make her picks from a pile of onions labeled 1 through 56, and to select a Mega Ball choice from a group of turnips numbered up to 46.
For anyone still looking to cash in tonight, Colo recommends 9, 12, 21, 31 and 41 as her main selections, and Mega Ball turnip number 9.
