Kristen Stewart can't stand being away from her dogs, and it seems Vanity Fair took note.
The magazine gave the actress a Pomeranian to cuddle during a glam cover shoot in Paris for their July issue.
The caramel-colored pooch may have helped the Snow White and the Huntsman star, who is mom to two mutts, be at ease during the elaborate spread that had her wearing spring couture and bearing some skin in a pantless Jean Paul Gaultier corset.
"Usually it's so hard to wear stuff like this," she says in an exclusive behind-the-scenes video. "But in this one I felt so completely in the clothes, I felt like I knew them."
Chatting for the first time with designer Karl Lagerfeld at a Parisian café, the setting for one of the photos, "felt like such an important moment in my life," she says. She shares another milestone with contributing editor Ingrid Sischy: the moment Twilight catapulted her to stardom.
"You can Google my name and one of the first things that comes up is images of me sitting on my front porch smoking a pipe with my ex-boyfriend and my dog," says Stewart. "It was [taken] the day the movie came out. I was no one. I was a kid. I had just turned 18."
