Drink up, little guy!
This fuzzy creature is a rufous, or rat-kangaroo, that's being hand-raised at the Wild Action Zoo in Victoria, Australia. The marsupial is being fed by syringe four times a day, but after two months, the young animal will learn to fend for itself.
The rufous is very rare, but it is not threatened, and this one will grow up to be about the size of a rabbit. For now, though, it's just small enough to fit into its keeper's hand.
