Kevin Nealon Gets Serious About Infantile Baldness – and Homeless Animals

06/19/2012 at 04:30 PM EDT

Kevin Nealon is speaking up for unwanted dogs and cats everywhere – but first he wants to talk to you about infantile baldness and the problem with Canadians.

In a new tongue-in-cheek PSA, the comedian and animal lover draws attention to No-Kill Los Angeles, a new campaign that aims to end the euthanization of homeless animals in Los Angeles shelters by 2017, by encouraging the spaying and neutering of pets.

Nealon rattles off farcical afflictions like "lazy ear" and "kangaroo impotence" before addressing a very real and fixable problem in Los Angeles.

"Here's one you can do something about: homeless pets," he says. "Spay or neuter your dog or cat, or adopt them from an animal shelter. It's that easy."
