He's not just making the breakfast of champions, Michael Goudeau is a champion of breakfast.
The creative dad (and new book author) is a pancake artist who has been using pancakes to create veritable art pieces for his children, 10-year-old Emily and 12-year-old Joey.
A full-color taco platter made entirely of pancakes? No big deal. Goudeau is also adept at animal shapes, and has created caterpillars, monkeys, pigs and snails out of pancake batter.
