Is she looking sheepish?

Jess, a springer spaniel and resident of Louise Moorhouse's 180-acre farm in Devon, England, has been acting as a makeshift mom to lambs since she was a puppy.

Moorhouse trained Jess, now 10 years old, to hold milk bottles in her mouth, and the sheepdog took to feeding the lambs like a natural.

"It's very funny when she runs across the field gripping the bottle," Moorhouse says.

Jess is currently bottle-feeding four Dorset Horn lambs that couldn't be fed by their mother, and the lambs show their appreciation by nuzzling and licking their canine caregiver.
